We opened in April 2022 by UCSB Chemistry 22' graduate with the goal of bringing fresh & authentic Mexican food to the Isla Vista and Goleta Area.

Everything on Zócalo's menu is carefully crafted and selected by our family, made only with the freshest and best ingredients.
Including freshly baked bagels, birria marinated and slowly cooked in a process that takes over 12 hours!

Named after the main square in Mexico 🇲🇽 , Zócalo, we hope to be a meeting place for all Isla Vista students. This is the place for team meetings, catching up with friends, grabbing a coffee and some delicious food —it’s a one-stop shop!
